Private Sessions
Each 55-minute personal training session is designed to bring you a step closer to your goals. Each session comes with individualized advice on what to do outside of our sessions together and unlimited access to me via text and email.
$150 per session.
Virtual Training
A custom program backed by a good support system gives you what you need to train with intention, break through plateaus and reach goals efficiently - whatever they may be.
Starts at $200/month
Team Training
Get fit while spending quality time with a friend, roommate, partner, or a random person that has the same availability as you! Team sessions bring fun and friendly competition to each workout. Outside of sessions with me, you’ll have someone to hold you that much more accountable to the program.
Sessions are 2-4 person workouts designed with all attendees in mind.
Starting at $175 per session.

No, each session is unique. That said, we do program in structured, progressive training blocks lasting 6-12 weeks each. You will see important movements repeated week to week, while accessories will vary more. Progress requires repeating the same effective movements week to week, good programming makes it fun!

Yes! I will work with you to establish sustainable nutrition habits to support your strength goals. This aspect of coaching will look really different depending on your goals and background.
I will also work with you to set and stay accountable to other important habits that support your strength training program such as water intake, sleep coaching, movement outside of workouts (NEAT/step goals), and more.

This depends so much on your level of experience, budget, and schedule. Most clients see me 2-3x per week at a consistent scheduled time. I find that this is frequency works best for most people.
