Private Sessions

Each 55-minute personal training session is designed to bring you a step closer to your goals. Each session comes with individualized advice on what to do outside of our sessions together and unlimited access to me via text and email

$140-$150 per session.

Form Check Sessions

Form check sessions are jam packed with coaching and education that will help you get more value out of your workouts - no matter what they look like.

We’ll spend the entire session zeroing in on your technique. You’ll leave with tons of helpful cues to keep in mind and detailed notes on everything we discuss.

Team Training

Get fit while spending quality time with a friend, roommate, partner, or a random person that has the same availability as you!. Team sessions bring fun and friendly competition to each workout. Outside of sessions with me, you’ll have someone to hold you that much more accountable to the program.

Sessions are 2-4 person workouts designed with all attendees in mind.

$175 per session (personal training + 35 dollar addition per additional attendee)

Small Group Classes

Small group classes are 60-minute strength-focused workouts held at Strong Friends Gym at 1825 Market Street.

Our functional strength training approach teaches you how strength training can further any physical goal - whether you see strength as a tool to support your chosen sport, want to gain confidence with barbell technique, or just want to feel your best.

Sessions are capped at six participants to ensure that we can provide individualized coaching, form correction, and exercise modification for each athlete.

  • No, each session is unique. That said, you will see important movements repeated week to week. Repeating certain movements regularly is key if you want to see results, but enjoying your program is also key if you want to stay consistent. I strive to maintain a balance between consistently programming key movements while also innovating and introducing new movements to keep things fresh and find things that work best for your unique needs.

  • Yes! I will work with you to establish sustainable nutrition habits to support your strength goals. This aspect of coaching will look really different depending on your goals and background.

    I will also work with you to set and stay accountable to other important habits that support your strength training program such as water intake, sleep coaching, movement outside of workouts (NEAT/step goals), and more.

  • This depends so much on your level of experience, budget, and schedule. Most clients see me 2-3x per week at a consistent scheduled time. I find that this is frequency works really well for most people.
