Remote Programming + Video Check-in

Comes with:

  • 2-4 custom workouts per week that build upon one another sent via Trainerize.

  • Weekly email check-in. 

  • Ongoing access to me via app messaging, email, and text.

  • 30-minute one-on-one weekly video call with me.

$250-300 per month

Remote Programming + In-Person Review

Comes with:

  • 2-4 custom workouts per week that build upon one another sent via Trainerize.

  • Custom aerobic fitness guidance to support your health goals.

  • Weekly email check-in. 

  • Access to me 5 days/week during business hours via app messaging, email, and text.

  • One in-person session per month in one of my two San Francisco locations.

$310-$360 per month
