My focus is on health and performance-based training, but I understand that aesthetic goals are important to many of us. I believe that performance and aesthetics can work hand in hand and that emphasizing what our bodies can do rather than how they look presents a far more fulfilling and sustainable path to reaching your goals. Looking strong and capable IS aesthetic!
Everyone is different, so every program is different.
