Privacy and hygiene are more important than ever. The Mission studio allows you to give your clients a more focused workout in a clean, welcoming environment.
I’m always working to keep the space feeling safe, comfortable, and non-judgemental. These are huge priorities in the studio and I believe they foster a better workout environment for everyone.
The Mission studio is perfect for small group sessions, private sessions, or even fitness videos and photoshoots. Huge skylights brighten the studio with energizing natural light.
The Space
My first passion is fitness, not owning a gym. That’s reflected in my equipment choice and in my willingness to bring in new, high-end items regularly. I stock the gym with functional equipment from brands like Rogue, Fringe, Ivanko, TRX, Rep, and more.
Marketing Your Business
There is space reserved for you to display marketing materials such as business cards and flyers, and a building floor occupied by minded wellness professionals. We run our own independent businesses, but referrals from one business to another are not unheard of! We are all open to creating a referral network with you.
Getting There
The studio is less than a 10-minute walk from both Muni and BART. There is a secure space indoors to park bikes safely. The studio is easy to access and there are plenty of amazing cafes and restaurants within blocks.
You’ll have full access to all of the amenities listed below, with never more than 2 sessions running simultaneously so your session will stay focused and you won’t have to worry about equipment availability.

Rates
Hourly - $35
20 hours or more per month – $30 per hour
Photo or video shoots – $135 per hour

Rates listed are for use of the training space and equipment for professional use. Using this space as an independent trainer legally requires independent insurance coverage as well as a current training certification. Use of the waiting areas + wifi between sessions is not charged, within reason.
